Welcome to The Pearl of the Coast, a beautifully modern three story townhouse that blends coastal charm with relaxed elegance. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Kingscliff, this home is just a short stroll from the pristine white sands and sparkling waters of Kingscliff Beach.



Step inside and enjoy the spacious design spread across three levels, thoughtfully created for comfort, style, and effortless holiday living. On the ground floor, you’ll find a private double bedroom with its own bathroom, along with internal access to the double garage which also houses full laundry facilities ideal for longer stays.



The second floor is the heart of the home, where open-plan living flows seamlessly to the outdoors. The modern kitchen, dining, and lounge connect with large bifold doors that open onto a generous entertaining deck perfect for enjoying the morning sea breeze or relaxed evenings under the stars. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.



Upstairs, the top floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation. The master retreat features a kitchenette, bar fridge, large walk in robe, ensuite, and breathtaking ocean views. This level also offers a family bathroom, a beautifully styled queen bedroom, and a flexible twin room with two king single beds that can be converted into a king if preferred.



The Pearl of the Coast sleeps up to 10 guests with the following configuration: one queen bed in the master, a second queen bed, two king singles (convertible to a king), and a double bed on the lower level. Two single airbeds are also available on request.



Modern comforts include air conditioning, WiFi, TV streaming, a fully equipped kitchen, and a coffee machine. Beach accessories are provided for days by the sea, and secure parking ensures a stress free stay.
