The space:
The house is perfect to live an intimate moment in a warm and pleasant environment.
It’s composed of a single space in which you can find:
- a comfy double bed from which you can watch:
- Your 32” Smart TV, including Netflix and Prime Video with your own account, satellite TV
(tivusat);
- Unlimited Wi-Fi all around the house;
- 1 spacious wardrobe in which you can put your clothes and personal belongings;
- The living area is composed of a fully-equipped modern kitchen including cooker, oven,
fridge/freezer, filter hood, oil, salt and pepper and of course a complete set of pots and pans,
plates, glasses and cutlery.
- Coffee with coffee machine are included.
- The lunch area is complete with a beautiful glass table on which you can enjoy your meal with a
view on the Borgo.
- The bathroom is divided into 2 parts to have more privacy. The ante-room has a sink on which
you can place your beauty bag and the bathroom has a shower with a large shower head,
hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo.
A washing machine with detergent and softener is also at your disposal for either long or rapid
washes.

Access to guests:
The guests will have access to the entire property, except for some cabinets reserved only to the
staff (with, for example, the cleaning supplies and change of linen).

Other details of note
Smoking Policy:
- Please note that the whole apartment is NO SMOKING.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house, even with windows open or looking out the
window.
- The house is equipped with smoke and carbon detectors.
- It is possible to use the balcony to smoke.
Penalties will be taken in case of breach of the NO SMOKING policy.
Parking:
- Unattended street pay-for-carpark is available.
- Recommended free street parking is 5 mins away.

The Casetta is onto Corso Moncalieri, a quiet and prestigious area of Turin, along which there are
a number of carparks and shops, such as supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, bar, restaurant,
bakery, winery, beauty centre, hairdresser, herb shop and much more.

Thanks to its convenient location it is possible to reach any part of Turin is around 10 minutes.
(centre, hospitals such as Molinette, Sant’Anna, Mauriziano, the Olympic Stadium and Pala
Alpitour, Valentino Park, Superga Sanctuary, Monte dei Cappuccini etc.), the Metro is within
walking distance.
Getting around
You can move by:
- Metro in Carducci Square 10 minuts on foot
- Buses in front of the house of in Zara Square, 1 minute away.
- Car
- Taxi, a taxi rank is also 5 minutes on foot.
