Our original room was allegedly clean. Upon walking in, the floors were filthy, beds were covered in hairs, and the nightstand had somthing sticky on it. The front desk durexted us to a second "clean" room and we were again disgusted by dirty linens and visibly filthy floors. We asked the front desk to cancel our reservation with them. They obliged and provided us with cancellation confirmation paperwork, but Expedia refuses to refund us our money. Horrible experience all the way around.
