We invite you to discover Tunisia by welcoming you to our apartment of over 100 m2, on the top floor of a residential building, on the seafront offering you an exceptional view. It is located north of Tunis between La Goulette and Salambô-Carthage, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is close to all shops, markets, hammam, restaurants ...
The apartment is extremely spacious, bright and its sea view will make your stay unforgettable.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a loggia, a large living-dining room opening onto a furnished terrace facing the sea, two very beautiful bedrooms, one with a terrace (one equipped with '' a 160 cm bed and the other with two beds: 120 cm and 100 cm), a marble bathroom with toilet, as well as additional separate toilets. The apartment also has central heating, air conditioning, fast and reliable wifi, and a TV.
You will have at your disposal: washing machine, dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, sheets and towels.
End of stay cleaning, deposit, and rental of linens are to be paid on site and in addition to the rental.
The building concierge is available 24 hours a day.
