(There is a basement apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, but it is not currently available for rent) All the furniture is new. It is located in one of the quietest neighborhoods in Tunis, GAMMARTH, and is a two-minute drive from the supervised beaches.
The villa features an interior courtyard with an electric gate allowing parking for at least two cars.
It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with dishes, a dishwasher, a barbecue, internet access, IPTV, and a flat-screen television. Surface area: 450 m²
