The studio is nicely renovated situated in a tiny street in Sidi Bou Said. located between a grocery shop open very late and a bar. This place is a nightmare at night. Extremely noisy, all people sitting below the window, talking, yelling, starting their motorbikes. Owner / Manager Sami is a complete crook behind his friendly smile and nice manners. I booked the studio for a week as was in Tunisia on business trip. The first night I informed him at 2am that the place was terrible and I couldn't sleep and couldn't spend the week in such conditions. He immediately agreed, offered me (in writing) to refund me and even offered me to find me an other place. I managed myself and then spent the entire week running after him for my refund. He never stopped delaying, hiding behind Expedia Policy and simply stopped answering me after few days. As of now, I have not seen my money back. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND THIS GUY...….
