Vrbo nimmt Geld ohne Leistung

Das war keine wohnung zu vermieten, ich war in hotel mit meiner Familie. Essen und Trinken hatte mehr als 700 Euro gekostet. Meine urlaub ist verderben. Erste Tag war mit meiner Familie auf der Straße (45 Grad im Schatten). Mein Kind ist bis jetzt noch krank. Ich habe das hotel für 2 Tage selber bezahlt. Mein Rechtsanwalt ist geschaltet. Ich bitte um einen freundlichen Lösung. Danke.
