first of all the address given was incorrect, and they didn’t provide the actual name of the condominium which is the waves tulum. secondly, we weren’t given a run down of the amenities which included a gym on site and a second pool. our room didn’t have WiFi, hand soap, or body wash, and when we tried to get fresh clean towels they were not in available. Will definitely not be staying here again.
