The place is new but still lacks so many amenities. We stayed for 10 days, requested for housekeeping, it was acknowledged but did not happen. We washed our own towels and I cleaned our room by myself. On the brighter side the kids loved the pool.

Property has door code which is great. Nice 2 bedroom suite and a walk in small swimming pole. Water from tap not safe to drink (tasted salty which due to closer proximity to the beach). 1 staff at night-only the security. Admin is responsive but not present in the facility. Quiet area. Only thing is the bed linens are thin and feels like microfiber. Suggest to have available comforter for the bed. Not enough bath towels and face towel for 6 people. Garbage from previous occupant was not taken or forgot to be taken. The security guard was awesome, there is a language barrier but he was so cool to use the translation app. He helped remove the garbage. He was very nice though. Kitchen supplies: new amenities appliances and clean dishes. We just couldn't figure out how to use the induction. Advised to put an instruction how to use it in the room. Suite has a wifi- good internet connection. We stayed for 1 night but that was a treat that you can access the suite anytime. Needs improvement and enough staff. Thank you for hosting us. We will be back.

The biggest problem was the lack of hot water. Also, the reception staff spoke no English, making communication very difficult. But the room was very quiet and has many features like a kitchen, washing machine, enough chairs, private tiny pool.

Very nice and accommodating receptionist. No daily housekeeping, extra charge for housekeeping services. Amazing view at the rooftop of the hotel. Very clean and well maintained. My fiancé and I got a room with a pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was Great and far exceeded expection the pictures that we saw online do this place no justice....Dinisio was AWESOME...He took care of Everything that we needed...Everything that we asked for he provided...He made us feel like we were the only Guests on Property which was Amazing....Entire hotel was new and modern and the private pool was a big plus..Scooter and 4 wheeler rental on property was great and at a cheap price. Also airport pickup and drop off was set us directly with the hotel which was super convenient.The only complaints that I have was there was a washer.. But no dryer in our unit...and no microwave...Outside of that....PERFECT....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place....It was so enjoyable that we extended one additional day. Very Quiet...Very Safe just minutes away from everything .

This hotel is very modern and new. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Balcony pool was great on a very hot and humid day. We were saddened by the properties perimeter as there was a lot of construction debris from what appears to have been thrown off the building during construction.

It’s a great modern hotel without the big price tag. Also continently located away from traffic and noise. It’s a 7 min drive to the beach front restaurants. Other than the lack of service, I.e. daily cleaning/ turning the rooms, it was a great experience. We’ll be back and stay there again.
