Casa Alegría is Beautiful NEW villa in Tulum, Mexico just minutes from the famous ruins and amazing white beaches.
The home is approximately 1200 feet (120 meters), with an awesome pool, large balconies, huge garden, roof top terrace with amazing views, and private parking.
Home is equiped with super fast WIFI internet, big screen flat screen, dish tv, hot water, A / C in bedrooms, washing machine, full kitchen. 5 Bikes included with home. (If more needed please let me know.)

Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible if there is no guests arriving / leaving on the same day.

The home is equipped with 2 FULL bathrooms. 1 downstairs with the living area and other upstairs.
The 2 large bedrooms are each private and located on the top level. Each has a beautiful garden view, and balcony.
Downstairs has a sofa bed to sleep an additional 1 1/2 people.
There is also an queen air mattress which can be used in the living room as well. Up to 7-8 people.

Casa Alegría is situated on the south side of Tulum, in “Colonia La Veleta”, apron. 3-4 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful of cenotes, less than one and half mile from supermarkets and fruit stores and living in nature. We are located very near to the center of town (1.5 km), but yet far enough that it is quite and peaceful in the night. Taxis are inexpensive in Tulum and there's plenty of them everywhere.

Additionally I am located in the area and have lots of knowledge about activities, tours, restaurants, beaches, buses, etc etc. so feel free to email with questions regarding this as well.
