The unit itself was good, large enough for the 4 of us and layout was perfect as it was a couple and two others who had the spare room with their own beds. I would give it a better review but there was construction going on constantly right next to the condo building which is a huge turnoff for me as I wanted to relax, hard to do with hammers and noise all day. Beach is nice but bring water shoes if you want to go into the water. Ocean water was beautifully warm and clear. Would recommend in a year or so when the construction is done. You are pretty isolated though so without a car it is going to be 550 pesos in a cab each way into town minimum.

The exclusive beachfront property is truly stunning. The unit is spacious, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. There's also a BBQ grill available, although we didn’t use it during our stay. My family and I enjoyed relaxing indoors with the giant TV, but the real highlight was the direct access to the beach. We stayed on the first floor, which opens onto a private deck that leads straight to the sandy shore. Even the overgrown sargassum along the beachfront didn’t take away from the beauty of the surroundings. We genuinely appreciated the property, but I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5 due to a couple of unwanted guests—cockroaches (we encountered and killed three) and ants. While bugs are understandable given the beachfront location, if you’re someone who’s very sensitive to insects, this may not be the right place for you. However, if you can overlook the occasional bug, I highly recommend this spot for its unbeatable beach access, 24-hour security, nearby restaurant options, and breathtaking views. Special thanks to the security team and maintenance crew—they were friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job keeping the beach clean and the pool/lounge areas beautifully landscaped. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great property and pool with a fantastic view. There is a plethora of shells on the beach. Great snorkeling but not the best for swimming unless wearing water shoes. We had the entire resort to ourselves primarily. The kyaks do the trick as well, we saw lots of Rays and over 20 species of fish

Notre reservation a été cancellée quelques heures avant notre arrivée.. Ils nous ont dit que notre appartement n’était pas disponible, mais ils nous offraient au autre appartement. En arrivant sur place, l’appartement ne nous convenait pas du tout, il manquait un lit, nous n’avions ce pour quoi nous avions payés pour être face a la mer, l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas et c’était incroyablement humide avec beaucoup d’odeurs… La toilette centrale ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Nous étions 6 et nous avons décidé de quitter à l’unanimité, en demandant un remboursement, nous avons dû se trouver par nous même un autre logement, en plus d’être très stressant, nous avons également perdu une journée de vacances. Ça fait actuellement 6 jours et je n’ai toujours pas eu mon remboursement.
