I booked a stay for my mother. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and placed inside out, which immediately raised doubts about whether the bedding had been properly cleaned or changed. Even more concerning, there were what appeared to be bedbug blood stains on the sheets and clear signs that the room had a bedbug problem. This situation was especially dangerous because my mother had recently undergone a medical procedure on her eye. Staying in an unsanitary environment placed her at significant risk of infection, which could have caused serious complications or further damage to her eye. These conditions created an unsafe environment and made it impossible for her to feel comfortable remaining in the room.

Felt safe, very comfortable bed. Dispenser of body wash in shower was empty. A couple larger pillows for the bed would be heavenly! When you sleep in a king, at home, with king size pillows, the little pillows are hard to adjust to. I know this is a personal thing and it won’t stop me from staying here again.
