This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a fee of $100/pet plus taxes is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.

The title on this property says it all..."The Perfect Place in Midtown Tulsa"! It truly is the perfect place! The photos and the description were accurate. It was clean and well appointed. It provided everything we needed for our weekend in Tulsa. We were there for the Big 12 Wrestling tournament at the BOK which was only about 10 minutes away. Our 2 adult kids met us there so the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was perfect for the 4 of us. The weather didn't cooperate but the back deck and yard are perfect for some outdoor time as well. The hosts were quick to respond with a question we had and gave us an easy way to contact them should something come up. The title said it all. It truly is "The Perfect Place in Midtown Tulsa"!!!

The property was wonderful. House was very clean. We cooked some simple meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were nice and we enjoyed the large and fluffy towels. Beds were comfy. The best, for us, since we traveled with our dogs, was the huge grassy backyard. It's an ideal rental for pet parents. They even had a pet box, with balls, poop bags, towels and a cover for the couch. Very thoughtful. Communication was fabulous and helpful. Easy check in. Would rental this house again

This was our first ever attempt at this type of rental. I have to admit it was nothing short of amazing! From the ease of checking in, the sparkling clean house readily stocked with coffee, tea, snacks and personal toiletries-the wonderful backyard fully fenced for our pet’s safety- and even a corn hole game! It was so relaxing, and we hope to stay there again next year, as this is a must do again!

Working in Tulsa

I loved being able to bring my puppy on my work trip! This house is in a great location and has the perfect patio for a cup of coffee. I will defiantly rent again.

Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Hosts were easily available to help if needed. Checking in and out was a breeze. I think the listing stated 3 bedrooms with 1 room having 2 full beds but all 3 bedrooms each had a queen bed. It didn't cause any issues for us, but that might be important for future travelers to note. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Decent rental

Hosts had great communication. Had a small problem w/ the water heater during the stay. Host responded quickly. Repair made but water needed to be shut off for a few hours. Water temp never seemed to come back as warm prior to repair. Backyard was a concern for dogs. Escape breach, protruding rebar, & exposed nails. I made host aware. Said fence is due to be replaced in a week. Some residual dog waste was left in the yard, which I cleaned up along w/ my dog's.

Excellent service and comfort

Stayed here for 2 weeks for work. This little gem is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood not far from Brookside, downtown, or all the shopping and restaurants you can imagine. The home was clean and well appointed. Great deck and family room. And Emily and team were very communicative and easy to reach if necessary. Very accommodating. Thank you for such a lovely home away from home.

Early Thanksgiving Weekend
