I stayed here Jan 24-25, and there was no heat it was -6 outside. The guy at the front desk told me he couldn’t change my room and just brought us a blanket. Maintenance didn’t come until checkout time. I have been emailing the property manager and I still haven’t gotten a response back!! Still waiting

The room was great but the chair was broken in my room. Also I booked there because I wanted to use the sauna. Unfortunately it wasn't working. They did call to get it fixed.

I was looking for a cheap room due to a power outage at my house and Sky Tree didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I didn't have high expectations due to the cost but it was a good experience overall. I will definitely stay again if needed.

Staff was amazing and so accommodating and friendly. We had 3 rooms 2 queen, they were just what we needed after a long drive. Great water pressure and super hot. Clean rooms, nice TV, fridge and microwave. We didn't get to use the indoor pool, but a couple people did get use of it ..and the hot tub. Laundry facilities and gym...all great! We had plenty of breakfast options for our family of 10.

Overall, we got what we paid for and were satisfied. There were a couple small things that we would have been happier with, like not getting towels when we needed them and them not getting to our trash, but they did take care of it. The washer and dryer were not good so I had to go to the laundry mat that was about 4 minutes away. We would stay again for the price and the hot breakfast. As long as you are expecting what you pay for, you’ll be fine.

This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. The hotel is overall dirty but it appears they try to keep it updated. The elevator needs a good scrubbing. The first room we were in had a pretty decent leak in the bathroom sink. We were moved to the room next door and that sink had no water pressure or hot water in the sink. At that point, we just dealt with it. The beds were comfortable and there were no signs of any unwanted critters. We were out late each night so we slept in and did not partake in breakfast. Overall, we would stay again because it is decently priced for a week long stay.
