Leaking toilet, they turned off the water to the whole hotel. Girls were getting ready for Billie Eilish and couldn’t shower or were in the middle of showering when they cut the hot water. The pool and hot tub were gross and cloudy. We needed forks and couldn’t find a single one in the whole hotel. Just spoons and knives. We came in with handfuls of stuff and asked for a cart to which they said they had some but they were being used. There was one in front of our hotel door being unused when we finally got up there. I requested extra towels, blankets, and pillows to which they said they were busy that night and couldn’t do it. All our towels ended up cleaning the bathroom floor up, and then there were no towels by the pool for hours the next morning. The staff was uninterested in helping, flat, and lazy. The hot breakfast was hot. The sausage patties were gray and everything was almost gone at 8 am and was only served until 9 am. Also, most hotels do put a 50 dollar hold on your card but I did not feel good giving them that at all and I’m bitter I haven’t received my deposit back yet.

The hot water went out and when it came back on there was brown water. The pool water was cloudy. Breakfast was very bad. And they ran out of most items at breakfast by 7am. There were signs of being run down and not well taken care of all over the whole place. It used to he much nicer. This was the worst we have seen it at this place. We have been coming here for years. Will no longer come back.

We were in town for less than 24hrs for a concert. Rate was great for what we needed. Staff was super friendly. Sheets had some questionable stains we requested fresh ones from night staff and he was great. Forgot tooth brush/paste and front desk provided. Hotel is dated and noted perfect but we just needed a quick stay and it did the job.
