Ranch Acres Expo is a serene home for your next Tulsa visit! Located moments from the EXPO center, Gathering Place, and TU you'll have all of Tulsa at your fingertips! The home is a comfortable 3bd/2bath home with great outdoor space complete with a grill and firepit! Your family is sure to enjoy a great restaurant at nearby Brookside, Cherry St. or Utica Square or stay in and cook in the gorgeous kitchen stocked with everything you can need!

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a fee of $100/pet plus taxes is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.
Please be sure to add your pet count to the reservation.

Very nice neighborhood! Only about a 10 minute drive if that, to all the places that we wanted to visit! Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Tulsa!

A weeks stay

House was great. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood and a Wal-Mart Market in a 1/4 miles. House was extremely clean, lots of updates and plenty of room. A great fenced back yard for the dog. Would stay there again and recommend it highly

A wonderful home

This was my first time renting a home for a trip and this was the best experience!! The owners were attentive to my needs and was very helpful on answering any question I had. I been to Tulsa many times and normally stayed in hotels but this time I was graduating from ORU and was bringing family members with me. I’m so glad we chose this home! It was clean and spacious yet cozy! Close to Walmart and was central to the airport and school!! Great restaurants within minutes of the home and yet still provided a quiet hideaway from crowds! Every time I come to Tulsa I’m staying here!! Highlight of the trip my 4 young adult children had a sibling sleepover in the room that slept 4. Great memories to see them all together again.

Great location

House was good. A little older but well maintained. We did have some storms and knocked out power do several days so we are still waiting on a refund for that but no complaints about the home itself. Communication wasn’t great with prop manager but not terrible.

The house was in great shape and was clean and organized when I arrived. The hosts could not have been more accommodating before and during our stay. Perfect location!

We loved our stay in this home. We were two families with children and the setup was perfect. Communication was great and instructions were super easy. The home is clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the fenced backyard. The neighborhood is wonderful - a perfect place to go for a walk or run. The location was the best in Tulsa. We were minutes away from the Gathering Place, Philbrook Museum, and downtown. It was a short drive to south Tulsa and Broken Arrow. The next time we stay in Tulsa we will definitely book this place!
