The property is in disrepair in a lot of ways and all cupboards, shelves and medicine cabinets are stuffed to capacity with repetitive products. There's peeling paint in the master bathroom, the master tub is cracked (we didn't try it as a bath only a shower). The front door lock isn't usable with a code and the back door is temperamental with the entry code. The VRBO listing said there was a POD and Drip coffee maker, the Drip coffee maker was still on the counter however broken beyond use. When I messaged the owner; her answer was "Oh well there's a POD machine". We bought and left a drip coffee maker. The filter on the refrigerator water dispenser needed replaced but wasn't fixed during our stay despite me messaging her the model number necessary. The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator were too filthy to use anyway. The pool was warm but dirty when we 1st arrived then after it was cleaned it was freezing cold as was the hot tub for several weeks. The items stocked were mostly repetitive with a lot of expired products. With the owner's permission I threw out 7 trash bags of expired food and cleaning products with exp. dates up to 13 years ago. I left some. The bedrooms have no chest of drawers, the living room recliners recline on their own. The bottom was falling out of the bedroom chair and the legs off that stool. It's missing a mixer, ladle, sieve but has dishes/flatware/cups for 25, 4 sets of everything else.
