We stayed there for a weekend there was some bugs in the room, not enough towels,a/c was not that cold,and the romote for the tv was broke. I ask to stay one more night because we had to and they said ok will just add it to the card and we can have the same room. The next day housekeeping was banging on th door saying we have to check in go to the front desk so i did they told me i have to check in online for my res and i thought they did that for me already.

First jr suite room was dirty not cleaned at all and no toilet paper. Luckily the front desk lady helped us to a wonderful clean room. I give thanks to her . Also I had a guest and the morning people gave us a hard time when it came to breakfast and the key. I was asleep due to having to go to work early and my significant other was locked out woke me up saying front desk didn't want to renew her key. As her email and phone number is on the reservation, she's the one who made us this reservation.

The room was decorated as shown in the picture, but the room was run down. For example, the toilet paper holder in bathroom was broken beyond any simply repairs. The grounds were also showing signs of disrepair. We had a downstairs room & were disappointed to be woken up at 10pm by very noisy upstairs neighbors. Noise went on for hours and when I called the front office close to midnight, I was given a dismissive response. Upon checking out early the next am, I left a message for a manager to call me to discuss these issues. I have left 2 more messages and never received a call back. The front desk staff during the day that I interacted with were kind, but I cannot recommend staying here.

Very bad place

I had a bad experience they should of gave me a better riom and my room was bad all atound we had checked in 4 2 nights but had a early check out they shoyld of granted me a free day for the inconveniences my ac didnt wirk the dhower didnt eirk tgere were roaches come on now man this hotel usnt kool at its bad i cant even rate it ..
