I am sorry but I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The room was absolutely disgusting. The lady that checked us in hated her job. The entire place was in desperate need of a remodel. The TV didn't work. They were fake eyelashes in the bedding. They were bugs crawling across the mirror. The microwave didn't work. But they did make an effort to replace the microwave with a working one. And then we asked for another room. To their credit they immediately moved us and gave us an upgrade. The second room was much better. I will admit that they tried. It's not their fault that the property is run down. All of the art had been removed from the walls. So there were holes in the walls and the wallpaper was peeling. The bathtub was gross. We'll never be back. The elevator buttons didn't work. The room upgrade was the only thing that kept us from asking for an entire refund and not staying the second night.

Property needs updated. Carpets are all stained. Bathrooms have chipped porcelain and rusty fixtures and chipped tiles. Spa has a broken drain cover and the pool deck is loose rocks. Wilbur’s evening staff is rude as well if you call for take out. Beds were comfy and towels were soft.

The first thing I noticed when walking into the lobby was that it was very dark. I wasn’t sure what was going on but wondered if they were saving on electrical costs. The room(s) they put me in were disgusting. On my way to the first room (on the second floor) I meet a woman looking for the ice machine. I couldn’t make out her face because of the darkness. The non smoking room, strongly smelt like cigarette smoke the moment I walked in. I turned around and walked right out, heading back to check-in. I was given a different room that made my skin crawl. This time on the 1st floor. It was so dirty! There were dark spots on the tile around the toilet I thought were chips in the tile…they were not! The drain was gross and the mirror was chipped along the bottom. There were small holes in the walls, a cigarette burn on the dresser along with multiple stains and holes. It was just dirty everywhere! The woman at the check-in was super helpful and nice. She explained that there were upgrades to rooms on the 3rd floor and that if she had any available, she’d give me one. These are the rooms they photograph for their marketing and it’s very misleading. I was able to get a refund and promptly found another hotel.

Spacious area in the rooms. Decent amenities (pool, breakfast, hot tub) but the rooms aren't great. The bathroom smelled. The bed had only a flat sheet covering the mattress, no fitted sheet, and had a stained mattress. The internet was slow and often lost connection.

The room was disgusting. The tv didn’t work. It took almost thirty minutes to check in. Mold and rust everywhere. What looked like bodily fluids on the couch. The furniture was broken. The shower sounded like a jet engine. I would never stay there again.

The room was not in good condition. Horrible stains all over the carpet (one of the stains was red!), nicked & scuffed furniture, holes in the walls that had been repaired but not painted, stained furniture; how was I to know if this room was actually clean? Blow driers in rooms: mine didn’t have one; had to call twice to request it. Also, peep holes in the door. Why aren’t there any?? That’s a safety issue. The staff was excellent! Very helpful, warm and genuinely friendly.

Room was dirty, broken furniture, had to ask for tv remote 3 times, they had bedbugs, found bug on bed and killed it and lots of blood came out. I have picture of bug.. my arm has bites and hives. I have pictures of bedbug. I reserved for 2 nights but checked out next morning but have not got my refund for 2nd night i did not stay..they front desk said i will get my refund for 2nd night that i did not stay because of the room. Restaurants dinner was good..

No room service, phone had no dial tone, wifi poor, tv didn’t work they replaced with another tv which pixelated no towels I had to go to front desk and got handed towels to carry back to room. This went on for 4 days! Room had no refrigerator and no microwave.Fixtures are very old and in poor condition. Our worst experience ever in hotel experience.

Room was nasty. Bad smell, stains on walls, curtains, floor not swept nor mopped, hair in tub, ac not working. Front desk had housekeeping drop off febreeze in room for me. Day 2, housekeeping was cleaning room out across from me, you could feel the ac blowing into hallway. Front desk accommodated and switched rooms. Great!!! Rooms are very spacious with sitting area before the bed area. Mini fridge worked great. Breakfast buffet had everything and then some, staff was wonderful.

The room/hotel needs to be updated. So many issues. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Fire Alarm or CO@ Alarm hanging from the ceiling. The bed comforter and the top sheet were stained, making them feel dirty. Dust bunnies on the floor, so if you walked in your socks or bare feet, it wasn't clean. The back door to the entrance from the parking lot was broken and wouldn't lock, so anyone could enter the premises without a key. Didn't feel safe.

There were a couple staff members that were wonderful. Filthy rooms Barely any ac in 2 rooms we had to move back and forth with . Asked them to reclean since there body hair all over the bathroom, and they still didn’t do a decent job. Dirty counter tops and bathroom still. Was swore to that the room we reserved was animal free , and animal hair was all over the place too.im horribly allergic. Also suppose to be wheelchair accessible, could barely fit wheel chair in bathrooms and shower head wasn’t long enough for handicapped person trying to use it this stay. It was atrocious. Probably worst experience from hotel I can recall.
