Room was clean and beds are comfortable. Their beds are always comfortable. But… March 8, 2025 My daughter and I witnessed an altercation between the General Manager (Major Johnson) and a woman staying here. It was horrible. It came to the hotel’s attention that this woman payed for her room with a stolen credit card. Instead of calling the cops the hotel decided to take all of her belongings out of her room. When the lady returned, she was locked out and all of her belongings were gone. She asked for them to be returned. The general manager refused and said her stuff was not here because She did not check into the hotel. Mind you he was doing this dancing thing while flailing his arms around yelling and laughing in a mocking way. Her young son was with her while the manager argued with his mom. It appears that instead of calling the cops, like any respectable place should, they go into someone’s room while they aren’t there and take everything they had with them. It’s DISGUSTING behavior!! Completely unprofessional for a hotel. She brought it to the managers attention that one of the employees was even wearing an article of her clothing! He replied, what woman, point her out. He repeatedly said, give me any of the information you used to check in and maybe I can find your belongings. Essentially since she checked in with a stolen card…nothing in that room was hers because She technically didn’t stay at the hotel. I was disgusted by this behavior. My daughter and I have b
