very dirty behind the bed, apparently has not been cleaned, ever. looks like they tried updating the rooms buy painting, but was obvious they did not remove pictures on the wall before they painted as there was no paint close up to the pictures. Staff was friendly though. Also, horrible location for the elevator, clear down the hall past the rooms, not centrally located. Breakfast buffet was sub-par, and there were signs outside giving you an indication there is quite a bit of crime in the area.

Literally perfect in every way

Across the street from airport. Literally 5 min drive. Shuttle service instantly arrived after I requested. Courtyard has gazebo, grass and pool. Everything clean and great. Everyone so nice. Next door at Doubletree is a cool little sports bar restaurant. Don’t need a car. Perfect.

Old. Bathroom was functional but very old. The bathroom was probably at least 15 to 20 years old and needed upgrading. The hotel still had popcorn ceilings everywhere. The outside of the hotel looks very nice.

Our shower was cold more than warm. It would come & go with warm water. Had to take a bath finally to get warm water. Found a few small roaches in the room. Notified desk about both & was friendly. She said she would notify her manager. The bed was too firm also.

Disappointed

Facility needs renovation. Cleanliness could be much better. Toilet in room was not cleaned under the rim and tub was missing the stopper - couldn't soak after long road trip. Breakfast was average - waited 10 minutes for refill on eggs. Cleanliness was below par with food spillage in different areas such as trash lids and wall behind coffee dispersers. Furniture was well worn - something expected in a lesser hotel facility, and should be replaced. Have stayed at other La Quinta Inns that were much better maintained. Overall very disappointed. Will not be staying at this property again.
