The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the pool and hot tub were nice. The front desk staff did not communicate well (didn’t tell us about breakfast or that we needed to ask for housecleaning.) On the day we requested housecleaning, they didn't come so we had to go get fresh towels, coffee, etc. The pool was way too warm for swimming.

Hotel rooms are a bit small & outdated and the beds are hard.The restaurant staff/bartenders were amazing & the food was good. The female front desk staff on both evening and morning shifts were not the nicest. For the price & experience I wouldn't book here again.

Needed a special service from housekeeping & it was taken care of which I really appreciated. Phone in the room was not working so really glad I hadn't left my phone at home. Fire pit area was down below my room balcony & sound carried. People were having a good time, but 1:30 am was too much. Had to ask them to quiet down so I could get some sleep. They were nice about it, apologized & were quieter which was appreciated. Also noticed that children were noisily running around by the restaurant until 11:30 pm so seems like there is not much control in helping guests to consider others.

When ever I have visiting guests I alway's put them up at this property. Recently, I had a water issue at my residence and staying here has been very rewarding and I consider it like my other home away from my home.

It was good for what we paid. Breakfast was great but the dinner was awful. We stayed for 3 days we had excellent customer service day 1 then it went down hill from there. A pipe broke and we didn’t have water for 1/2 the day. Not their fault but it would have been great to be informed.

It was clean and staff were nice. But one of the beds was broken The other bed made so much noise. It was any time I rolled over, I believe the box spring (not actually springs) Is most likely too old. We were charged a resort fee, but there was nothing there other than a normal swimming pool.

Great hotel, calm, comfy, quiet and safe.

It’s a quiet, safe environment. Very clean and the front lobby staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant is not good. Slow service (a total 5 people in the restaurant), and the food is average at best. It has the potential to be good, but the bad service was the first impression. We waited for a server, and after several minutes we had to get our own menus. Server never checked on us or ask us for refills. Again, it was at night the restaurant was not busy.
