Decent stay but nothing to write home about

Stayed here for a family members wedding. The stay was ok overall but a little outdated and super small bathroom. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Nothing horrible though.

The building looks like it was acquired, put up some paint, wall paper, signs (one had a light out) and called it good. The fridge kind of worked, was old. No microwave. The door on the bathroom was extremely old and not the best shape. Wall paper peeling off. The sink stopper didn't work. Complimentary water wasn't complimentary unless you were at a certain reward; otherwise it was $2. Parking was $15 a day which they didn't mention when checking in. (Have to read further down though it said "parking available" It was a parking lot, no security and wasn't anything extra. Just charging to get more money. Came back to my room and found headphones charging. Not mine. Staff came by a few minutes later and said they forgot them.

The Hilton Tucson East is convenient, the property is clean, the pool area very nice. The rooms are generally nice; the bed is comfortable. I was surprised to be charged $16 a night for parking. Not sure that has happened in the past? Overall a good place and would recommend.

Great staff mediocre room

The hotel looks nice, and the staff was pleasant, but the room needed some work. When i got in the faucet was leaking, hair was in my sink, the soap dispenser fell off the wall and the AC was making some awful loud noises when running to the point where i couldnt sleep
