The hotel is very dated and drab. Our room had a terrible odor. The room doors would stick and not lock. There were no pool towels and no one at the desk to help.

The staff was over the top kind and welcoming. I thought the cleaniness was ok given the age of the facility. I did see bugs in the bathroom though and one day housekeeping failed to clean our room as requested. The restaurant was very nice and again the wait staff was very good as was the food. The breakfast coupon and tracking thing is rather annoying however.

The only negative thing I have to say was that my room smelled like cigarettes and I’m a non smoker. Loved the stay though. The check in staff was so friendly and memorable. I would stay here again.
