Bear Lake Reserve combines mountain living with modern comfort. This Mountain Cottage Home at 40 Mossycup Court has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

The Master suite, which is located on the main level of the home, enjoys a large, comfortable king-size bed and a luxurious en suite master bath with granite countertops, dual sinks, and a huge walk-in shower with a glass enclosure.

The home's great room is vaulted to two stories with a massive stone fireplace. The dining room and kitchen bar area have plenty of seating. The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and state of the art appliances.

Upstairs you'll find a guest room with a queen bed. The third bedroom sleeps 4, with one set of twin bunk beds and a twin bed with a trundle. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Good stay

This was our second stay at this house. We really like everything about it and I would recommend it. The only note worth mentioning is, apparently they stopped providing firewood. Would have been good to know! Bring your own firewood, if you want to make a fire in the fireplace, otherwise everything is as advertised.

Bear lake

We has a wonderful time the cottage was very nice. The surrounding views were beautiful. We also had dinner at the lake club and it was excellent.
