The entrance of the villa is situated on the first floor together with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a cosy living room, a fireplace and a colourful garden where BBQ facilities are found. Villa Perla provides central heating and cooling system individually controlled in every room. Also, at the same floor the one of the five luxurious bedrooms with private bathroom is situated.



On the ground floor you will find three more bedrooms each having its private bathroom too. All the bedrooms offer a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, a separate veranda and access to the swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is built next to the villa and is equipped with cooking facilities, a double bed, air-conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, in order to provide this way more privacy.
Make yourself comfortable in this villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
