Welcome to my recently built and redesigned 4BR 4BA Tahoe Donner home, featuring a spectacular Great Room which receives incredible natural light, with two large decks, hot tub, gas fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, shuffleboard table and wonderful additional Loft space.

Located in the heart of Tahoe Donner, this home is perfectly situated for easy access to Squaw/Alpine and the incredible amenities of the Tahoe Donner Association (downhill ski, golf, hiking, tennis, Donner Lake), as well as nearby NorthStar, Tahoe City and Incline VIllage.

There are four spacious bedrooms, including two Master Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bunk room for the kids featuring four full-size beds, and a guest room with queen size bed. The upstairs Master features an antique tub and large walk-in closet. The downstairs Master has direct access to the private back patio. The Loft can be utilized as an office or sitting area, and features a rustic desk, small tv and pull out queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space (bringing capacity comfortably to 12).

Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
