Upon entering the home, you're welcomed through flanking staircases into an open kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for socializing in the backdrop of the mountains beyond. In the summer, open the slide-away glass doors from the living room to the patio to truly remove the boundary between you and the fresh mountain air that you came for!

The sleek and updated kitchen offers a 6 burner Wolf stovetop, two dishwashers, a wet bar, and a sizable wine fridge. The living room boasts sleek seating options circling a gas fireplace, and a comfortable dining booth beyond.

As an offshoot of the common space lies an enclosed office with a view, providing a peaceful space for those who wish to connect with work or school remotely while still taking in the majesty of the mountains.

One of the home's three King bedrooms is situated on the main floor. For ultimate privacy, this home's other bedrooms are sprinkled through its multiple level changes, creating a unique and dynamic floor plan.

POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Access to Martis Camp Amenities is restricted to Martis Camp Club Members and their guests only.
3. Guests must disclose the names and ages of their traveling party at the time of booking, but gate access is to be set up through the sponsoring member.
4. A special Vacation Rental Agreement applies, check with a Tahoe Getaways agent for details
5. Parking for 4 vehicles (3 in the Summer months). Street parking is prohibited year-round.
6. The Primary Bedroom closet is not for renter use, but there is an armoire available.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
