On mistakes man learn something

To expensive stay compared with the hotel conditions. High price is probably because of the hotel locations. First and last time that I chose to sleep there.

Disappointing

This hotel was definitely NOT a 5-star hotel. I would give the location a definite 5 but the rest I would give it a 3 star. The walls are thin, you can hear the room next door, people talking in the hallways, the toilets flushing next door/upstairs or people taking a shower. It's an old building that needs to be remodeled and upgraded. The towels were not clean and harsh. Although the front desk and staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is wonderful as was the staff..the town is a picturesque step back in history - lots of great hiking and swimming; however the nighttime disco music can be heard all over town - obnoxious. loud, and hard to sleep.

Great stay at the Hotel Mozart!

The Mozart Hotel must be in all the tourist guides since everyone was taking photos of the Art Nouveau building. It was a real pleasure staying here and the front desk staff where very helpful and hospitable, especially Ava and Lorena.

Very nice and comfortable hotel on good location.

5 Stars Hotel for sure

This hotel is superb; staff, facilities and location. Wow, that is all I can say about our experience. The hotel is Pet friendly and the community around it is as well. Top of the line Hotel, guaranteed.

Friendly staff, great location

Very pleasant and comfortable...minus banging my knee on the bed post. Lovely bruise for the rest of my vacation. Staff was lovely. Very nice atmosphere.

Mozart hotel review

We found that our room was comfortable and large. However, please notice hat there are several types of rooms, some are small and suffocating. The stuff was very courteous and did every effort to be helpful and answer our requests. Some of the rooms (but not all) has a nice scene of the sea. Breakfast could have been better...

Excellent hotel, best location in town

Opatija is beautiful city and spa, and hotel Mozart is a nice residence in the middle of the downtown, seashore and promenade. The service is excellent, the breakfast too. However, next winter some rooms will need to be fixed.

Opatija is really nice

I stayed at Mozart Hotel in Opatija and my week was really nice. I can recommend the hotel, however the restaurant and "gym" were not really up to my expectations. the breakfast became really boring after the third morning and the (only one!!) dinner was no good. the gym again is very, very small. Still, the location is very good and my room was nice and clean. I would go back anytime.

Wonderful boutiqe hotel. Excellent staff and service. A little bit noisy on the Sea side. Next to the Lungo Mare, a long walk along the Sea.

An excellent hotel and a superb location!

Nice service, excellent food and a room with the balcony and the sea view. We were lucky to have an excellent weather for this time of the year, and I also have got all necessary facilities for my business. This hotel merits five stars - because of the location, facilities and service.
