The hotel was fine. Dinner at the bar was the problem and, more precisely, the bartender. She was so incredibly rude. I was ignored, sneered at, rolled eyes. She literally threw the menu at me once I got her to acknowledge me at all. No hello. No conversation. The worst.

Unable to use hot tub because didn’t open until 4pm! Timing of hot tub didn’t work for us. Check in at 4 pm then check out is 11 Am wasn’t greatest time!! The breakfast was good and the staff was very hard worker keeping food filled and place cleaned up.

Our only complaint is that the water in the waterpark area was cold. Several of us guests were cold when swimming. We did ask to have the temp turned up, and Maintenance did, but it needs to be kept at a higher temp regularly.

The hotel needs a refresh/remodeling. The water park is showing its age, the rubber flooring is starting to peel, there is rust on the metal stairs, the air handler tubes are covered in dust, the pool has sand deposits and some algae growing in the wading pool, water pipes in the hotel have burst, and there are some serious cobwebs in the rooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, but they are often short staffed. The cleaning crew was wonderful, a shout out to Samantha.
