This fantastic villa in Sardinia is made up of two distinct buildings around the exclusive swimming pool: the main house is made up of an elegant living room and a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with tub and shower.
The annex consists of two bedrooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. In the outdoor area, the villa has a garden, veranda, barbecue and parking spaces.
Additional services on request (to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival)
Bed linen and towels (initial set) (on request): 20.00€ per person
Credit card deposit (mandatory): 5000.00€
Electricity (mandatory): 0.55€ per kWh
Water (compulsory): 6.00€ per cubic metre
High Chair (on request): 50.00€ per child
Cot (on request): 50.00€ per child
Pool towels (on request): 8.00€ per person
