N/A - didn’t have a meal here - No one ever serviced the room - The heaters didn’t work - you could turn the knob but the heat never turned on - The water in the shower was tepid, never hot - The TV didn’t have regular service - you had to use apps and I wasn’t logging in with my personal account.

The main light bulb in the room needs replaced 'creates' Brighter room much like bedside light, excellent bathroom very spacious. Fabulous friendly staff. Especially Sandra at the front desk.

The age of hotel ensures beautiful architecture in the rooms Modern , clean , comfortable Staff were amazing and Helpful. A Polish lady an absolute credit . We ate at Mumbai below the Hotel . Highly recommend

Single room was like a sauna with window full open and fan going. No adjustment on the big radiator in the small room. As window had to be fully open (safety catch had been removed) it was very loud on a Saturday night until early hrs then the street cleaners start. Room grubby but cheap. Also when I returned from work at 2 in morning no one answered the call button so was locked out. Had to bang on the windows hard. On a plus note the breakfast was good
