Personne sur place. Pas d’éclairage pour accéder au boîtier des clés ou à la chambre. À l’arrivé dans la chambre, température très basse. Chauffage trop faible pour réchauffer la pièce. Pas de petit déjeuner, il y avait une machine à café mais en panne. Très déçu…

Cadre très sympa. La chambre était grande, salle de bain spacieuse. Le spa était très bien malgré quelques petits désagréments techniques mais ça n'a rien enlevé au côté exceptionnel du séjour. Le propriétaire des lieux était disponible au téléphone si problème. Je recommande fortement

Very charming and comfortable. The rooms are modern but still hold the historic charm. The private jacuzzi was perfect for a relaxing stay with my husband after a long drive. I highly recommend the Clos des Lys.

Du jamais vu ! Je dors en moyenne 8 a 15 fois par mois a l hotel et and B&B je n avais jamais vu un jacuzzi dans la chambre. Tout y est confort de la literie, propreté, calme, décoration, équipement ! Bravo aux propriétaires pour leur pertinence. Je le conseil lrs yeux fermés.

Nous recommandons

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la chambre Miami, une très belle chambre. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus ! Toutes les explications sont claires et mises à disposition. Quelques petites finitions sont à prévoir mais rien de bien important ( carrelage terrasse par exemple) mais cela n'empêche pas de bien profiter. L'endroit est très sympa et calme.

Local Excelente. Mas vc fica isolado...

Clos de Lys [e um belo prédio num local muito bom. Pode fazer caminhadas, etc e é perto de uma cidade maior. Novo (recém construído, ainda com partes em obra), mas ainda precisando de detalhes (não há pendurador de toalha no banheiro, por exemplo). O único problema é que não há pessoas presentes: entra-se com código no portão (que outros hóspedes deixaram aberto à noite) que deveria ter um temporizador para fechar; e outro código para o quarto. Não tínhamos recebido os códigos (e-mail foi para Spam) e não pega bem telefone e dados. Foi difícil entrar em contato mas quem atendeu foi paciente (não falamos francês) e tudo foi resolvido. Não havia água e outros itens no frigobar (embora listados). Há banheira de hidromassagem mas não utilizamos devido ao tempo muito frio. No conjunto foi interessante.

Bien mais des détails à améliorer

Chambre joliement décorée, literie confortable, Il est regrettable que notre chambre à notre arrivée ne soit pas chauffée,que les verres ne soient à disposition, que les serviettes soient petites .la mise à disposition d'une bouilloire electrique avec sachets de thé et de café serait bien appréciable. L'eau chaude sous la douche était vraiment tiède....c'est une façon de faire des économises. Dommage que nos codes d'accés ne soient pas accessibles sur notre mail. Endroit calme
