Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Nasty. Needs a good deep clean.

We were completely disguised by the condition of this property. The musty smell hits us as we walked through the door & we got that sinking feeling our Lake Como experience is going to be clouded by this hotel stay. It did not disappoint in this aspect. We spent the first 24 of our 72hrs trying to find another hotel in the area, ready to forfeit the money paid. In the end, we were determined not to let this place ruined our vacation. But we can’t begin to count all the things that went wrong, from using the bathrooms to store dirty cleaning supplies, using the patio to store unused bike & furniture, using the cabinets to store stained/used bedsheets, no Wi-Fi, dark hallways, shower water drained slowly, not enough light bulbs, not enough soap/shampoo, patio unusable…not equipped for rental, think college dorm belonging to your friend & u r crashing at their pad.
