A Blissful Getaway on Lake Como!

This beautiful modern ground floor apartment provides absolute comfort for your stay here on the breathtaking Lake Como. The WiFi-enabled interior has been carefully chosen and styled together providing both a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere and is incorporated effortlessly into the light and spacious Open plan Living and Dining room.

A newly fitted Kitchen runs along one wall and a flatscreen TV is situated in the living area of the room. High quality furnishings feature throughout.

Access leads to a sunny and delightful terrace where sun-loungers and dining area are provided. You can also have BBQ party from the big grille by the terrace area.

The sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms. The beautiful master bedroom is decorated in light and neutral tones and benefiting from a flatscreen TV for entertainment.

There is Showeroom which is also newly fitted and very modern for guests to use.

From the residence, a small gate leads to a footpath down to the lakeshore (50 metres away). If the lake level is low then there is a lovely small cosy beach to enjoy.

The property boasts a parking space as well as close proximity to all of historical Lenno’s many amenities including shops, supermarkets, Bars, restaurants, cafes and local attractions including Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta. There is a beautiful Lakefront in Lenno to enjoy in the evenings and a public beach is also available at the Lido di Lenno.

Transport links are excellent with a regular Bus and Ferry service leaving the town throughout the Summer season.

Lenno is just a 5 minute’s drive from the cafes, Bars and lakeside Park of Tremezzo and is just a 10 minute’s drive to the poplar lakeside town of Menaggio. Lake view Tennis courts are also located in Ossuccio which is just a 2 minute’s drive away by car and offer a great way to see the lake whils keeping fit!

Underwhelming

Only one sharp knife, no coffee maker, microwave did not work, second bathroom was dirty looking, bedside lamps in one bedroom did not work, and there was only one plug in that bedroom, tored looking furniture, one of lounges outside was broken, shower didn’t drain well, “welcome box” was cheap junk food. I did like the outdoor patio.

I am very dissatisfied with my stay. In fact, I only stayed one night because I couldn’t handle the chemical smell in the room. I am requesting a refund for the second night i did not stay.

Das Apartment ist mehr Schein als Sein!

Nur die wichtigsten Sanitär-Einrichtungen waren sauber. Der Heizkörper für Handtücher war schmutzig und klebrig, einfach unbenutzbar! Man musste schnell duschen, weil der Ablauf verstopft war und das Bad sonst überschwemmt hat. Auf den Bilderrahmen waren 5 mm Staub. Die 2 Töpfe und 1 Pfanne waren nicht zu benutzen, weil sie so eingebrannt waren. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, der Wasserkocher war ekelhaft. Im Schlafzimmer gab es zwar 2 Nachttischlampen, aber keine Steckdosen dazu. Im 2. Schlafzimmer konnten die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, weil die Hauptstraße so nah ist. Nach Kontakt mit dem Büro kamen dann die Putzleute, haben aber nur wieder ihr übliches Programm durchgezogen. Was wirklich schmutzig war, blieb es auch. Ein Austausch von Töpfen und einer Pfanne passierte nicht! Wenigsten wurde nach 1 Tag das WLAN repariert. Der TV ging auch nicht, war aber egal, weil er so blöd zwischen Küche und Wohnz. stand, dass man eh nicht gut drauf schauen konnte. Die kleinen TVs auf den Fotos gab es nicht. Der Sessel auf den Fotos fehlt, dafür gab es einen ekligen Plastik-Sitzsack. Die Gartenmöbel wie abgebildet gab es auch nicht. Die Deko-Artikel waren so eingestaubt, dass ich sie rausgestellt habe. Die Einrichtung war nicht so schön und hell wie auf den Bildern. Couch, Stühle, Teppich, Terrassenmöbel und Sessel wurden billigst ersetzt und sehen komplett anders aus. Das Willkommens-Paket auf dem Tisch konnte uns nicht trösten. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder!!!

Omgeving prachtig

Het appartement is heel mooi gelegen vlak bij het Comomeer waarin je heerlijk kunt zwemmen. We hadden in eerste instantie geen informatie gekregen over de toegang tot het appartement. Contact verliep niet vlot. Indeling appartement prima, bedden ook goed. De handdoeken hadden het formaat van gastendoekjes. Fijn terras maar in de heg zaten beestjes waarvan we allemaal jeukende bultjes kregen, heel vervelend.
