Outside, you will find a fully fenced private garden with large terraces and a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The outdoor spaces include a covered gazebo, private barbecue, wood oven, swings and slide, ideal for relaxing and outdoor dining.



The property offers 5-6 parking spaces and accepts one small pet. The villa was completely renovated in 2022-2023 with sustainable materials and energy-saving solutions.



In 2025, the gym was expanded and a three-person infrared sauna was added.
