Perfect location. Depending on where your room is (ours was next to a passageway below), we were on the 4th floor and the echo of people would resonate. The weather was perfect for open window sleeping, but I was awaken in the middle of the night as I am a light sleeper, so I had to close the window. The duvets were a little too heavy and early for early October. I wish I had a lighter blanket. I prefer cooler than warm when I sleep.

Hotel is situated within 500 yards of the four different major spaces of the city. With limited mobility you can still get comfortably to pleasant eating spaces and shopping. With more walking you can get to the river front and most of the main areas. Markets and street traders a plenty.

The hotel is 3 stars at best. Very basic, including paper cups for coffee and hot tea. I booked this hotel and cancelled the reservation with Accor Live Limitless on July 31. When I checked in, staff informed me that I had 2 reservations still for Aug 24, and he cancelled the booking with Accor Live Limitless for Auf 24, 1 night (even though I had proof of my cancelation). This morning, Aug 25th, hotel wanted to charge me again, which was incorrect. Staff checked me in (young man) on August 22 did not do his job. I have canceled the reservation 2 times (July 31 and Aug. 22). Hotel is so basic, 3 stars at most.

Excellent location, friendly staff

The hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere! Lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and special for a birthday weekend. We had a room with a kitchen which was handy and kitted out however missing cleaning things, cloth etc. Would recommend staying here!

We loved this hotel and will definitely be back! The pool was a highlight and so were the wonderful rooms! The air conditioning was a 10/10 as were the bathroom amenities. It is also so great that they have the city bikes just outside the hotel so it was super easy to see Toulouse that way!

Air conditioning not effective

Air conditioning did not work, I reported it and they did not fix it. The room was over 25 deg and we couldn’t sleep. The hotel is nice and the swimming pool area is good.
