La Muguette - Drémil-Lafage

Farm covering over 200 hectares: cereal crops (rapeseed, wheat, fava beans, sunflowers, soybeans, and alfalfa), and natural meadows with horse breeding and forests. Everything here is focused on nature and eco-responsibility. The estate, which offers numerous walking opportunities away from the roads and bustle of the city, is just 7 km from the Toulouse ring road (exit 17) and 12 km from Place du Capitole, the historic center of the Pink City. You will also be 1 km from the center of Drémil-Lafage (town hall, post office, shops, etc.) and the Flourens Super U, 2 km from the Estolosa golf course, and 15 km from the Calicéo fitness and wellness center. - On the ground floor: an entrance hall (90cm extra bed), a toilet, a large living room (wood stove) with a fitted kitchen, separated from a lounge area by a large natural wood bar and a dining area. - Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (three single beds (90x200cm)) (one double bed (140x200cm)) and a bathroom. Parking is available next to the gîte entrance. There is a terrace with garden furniture. Access to a shared indoor pool (pleasant swimming from July to September). WITHOUT A CAR: You can reach the gîte from Toulouse, via the Balma-Gramont metro station (line A), served by bus lines 102, 103, and 106 (journey time 25 minutes).
