Large enclosed garden with trees, garage for one car, parking on the property, many games: table football, ping-pong table, basketball hoop and billiards in the living room. Privileged location between the major sites of the Occitanie region: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Albi, close to Revel, a country house with a famous market and the Canal du Midi. Equestrian center next to the Saint-Ferréol campsite.
