Can't fault the lovely guy on reception who was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful with lots of the usual charcuterie and cheese, fruit, cereals, jams, juices but also hot dishes, eggs bacon sausage etc and well and pastries and cakes. Coffee from machine but OK as it uses real coffee beans. Room OK, basic and clean. No water supplied but available in overpriced vending machine. Powdered coffee, milk and tea in room with kettle. Basic shampoo no other toiletries. No restaurant or place to eat except for breakfast. Dirty elevator. Useful shuttle to and from airport. Average hotel with excellent staff, breakfast and shuttle, fine for a night.

Excellent staff

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would 100% recommend. The staff were excellent. So polite, friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and comfortable, as were all of the social areas. Breakfast had a good selection. It doesn’t state on the website, but the pool is closed during off peak, although the the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to sit by the pool in the outdoor terrace, as it was still 24 degrees. Shuttle to and from the airport is included and hotel is a 5 minute walk from the tram station which takes you into the city centre. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

We were greeted by a very kind man at the reception desk who spoke very good English. The room was lovely. We picked it cause of its proximity to the airport with a shuttle and also because of the name of the Holiday inn as we stayed in many before.
