The living space of around 65m² is on two floors. The apartment is fully furnished. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a big living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining space with a table for four people on the ground floor. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed (170 x 190cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed (85 x 190cm), a possible extra bed, a child's bed/ baby's cot for children up to three years, a bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, and a storage room. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, oven, microwave, gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and espresso maker, toaster, tableware and cookware, and everything you need to clean the apartment, which can accommodate four or a maximum of five guests. A fan, Satellite TV, blankets, pillows, hairdryer, In-room safe and fire extinguisher are provided for your comfort and safety. All the rooms have radiators. Bed linen and hand towels can be provided at a supplementary charge, to be booked in advance.

Outside there is a veranda with a fireplace for meals outdoors

overlooking the pool. Two sun loungers are available.

The garage is also available on request and subject to

availability, which is suitable for medium-sized cars. The assignment of the

garage is at the discretion of the property. There are also plenty of public

parking spaces about 100 metres from the residence. You can use a roofed area

to store bicycles or water sports equipment.
