The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, tableware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. The windows have mosquito nets and the bathroom has radiant heating. The living room with a fireplace gives access to the communal garden, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. Explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. With the Raül Girona supermarket less than 6 km away and an excellent variety of restaurants within 3 km, you'll have all the necessary amenities to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

Appartement très bien placé près de la plage. Calme et présentant une belle suite de pièces et une terrasse bien ombragée. Mais l'ensemble est vieux (vaisselle en partie ébréchée). L'eau chaude devant être remise en marche à notre arrivée, Des odeurs de fosse septique. Wifi défaillant en fin de séjour, chaines françaises annoncées mais accès seulement aux deux chaînes francophones internationales.On doit signaler cependant le suivi de l'agence immobilière agréable et prévenant.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, die Betten sind sehr bequem, warmes Wasser zum Duschen etwas eng bemessen, kurzer Weg zum Strand und wenig Menschen über den Jahreswechsel. Netter Kontakt zu der Makleragentur. Insgesamt war die Heizung nicht ausreichend. Das Haus war anfangs sehr kalt, wohl lange nicht bewohnt. Es roch massiv nach Abwasser. Wir haben herausgefunden, dass man das Badfenster gekippt lassen muss und die Badtüre immer geschlossen halten, dann verliert sich der Geruch. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.
