On the first floor living room with balcony, TV, separate kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine, bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms. On the ground floor two double bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, garage and small garden.

Community pool.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Equipment (sheets only), water, gas, electricity, cleaning of entry and exit, weekly change of clothes and use of the pool.
WIFI: YES, free.
PARKING:Free, 1 space per house.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Possibility to rent towels at the reception for 4 € / person / week (payment at reception).
- Possibility to rent a cot at the reception for 42 € / week (payment at reception).
