Jamal, the guy that works at the front desk, was amazing! Super helpful, polite, and kind. I also love that rubber dukies were included with the travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap!

Off season- most things closed.

Breakfast was just ok. Bananas were so ripe they needed to be made into something delicious, not put back out each morning. We were there in February so off season which means most everything was still closed down for winter. Restaurant selection was minimal. Jet for hot tub had a very loud annoying squeal.

Close to Capital Reef

Hotel was in nice shape; not to outdated. Room was comfortable and clean with a nice bed. AC/heat worked well. Hotel staff very friendly. Offered a breakfast. Close enough to the park.

Nice older property-BUT NO LUGGAGE CARTS

Nice & clean property- well maintained. Nice employees. Property is problematic in that NO LUGGAGE CARTS ARE AVAILABLE !!! Property has one handcart not meant for luggage. Difficult if you have more than one suitcase to bring in hotel. Apparently they used to have luggage carts but as they broke the owner has not repaired or replaced them. Bad decision as most people staying there have luggage !!

Jamal was great! He provided a wealth of knowledge about the hotel and area and was very attentive to us and very friendly. It has been awhile since we had a hotel staff member be this attentive and friendly. He is an exceptional staff member and others should learn by his example! House keeping missed coming in our room one day and not sure why since it was off season and not like the hotel was full.
