Beautiful and Cozy Villa with Private Pool in a Quiet Area, Close to Supermarkets, Restaurants, and Sports Facilities
The beaches are just a 5 to 10-minute drive away. The plot is 500m², with approximately 220m² of built space. The villa features a garden and a covered barbecue area equipped with a table, sofa, refrigerator, and ample counter space for preparing great barbecues. There is an 8x4m pool and several sun loungers for relaxation.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, except for one that has a ceiling fan. It also includes a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a filtered water system for drinking. The spacious kitchen has a dining area.
There is space to park two cars within the property, protected by a wooden pergola. Pets are welcome. The area has parks for both adults and children, where you can play football, basketball, and more. The neighborhood also features a tennis club where, with prior reservation, you can play tennis and paddle. Additionally, the Hotel Doña Monse is nearby, where you can enjoy dinner or a drink on its terrace with spectacular views of the Torrevieja Lagoon.
