Hotel with a stunning view on the mountains, with very friendly staff and a good kitchen. Denise at the reception gave us good tips on the park and when and where to go. Food in the evening was superb. We ate a typical Chili dish and the lamb. Both recommended!
We loved our stay here! We stayed in one of the Domo Basic Rooms that is its own little hut in the front yard of the lodge. These rooms are small and more like glamping but have their own bathroom and they still provided daily housekeeping. It was by far the most affordable accommodation we could find in Torres del Paine and it worked perfect to crash in after a long day exploring. Breakfast is included and was a decent variety, we ordered boxed lunches the day prior that were about $10 USD a person. We also ate in their dining room each evening, their menu has a good variety to eat at multiple nights in a row and decent pricing considering how remote the location is. The staff were just outstanding and so friendly. You can't beat the location in Rio Serrano for quick drives to Torres del Paine hikes and stunning views everywhere you look. Highly recommend!
In the middle of Patagonia splendor, this pretty cool hotel offers very good staff and service, very good restaurant, and an authentic experience. No tv, good bath, room is spartan, power goes out (both days) we heard was normal. Be ready for the high winds. I would return.
We loved staying at Morena Lodge. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. They even helped us out when we had a puncture, both changing the tyre and making a temporary repair to the punture so we could get back to Puerto Natales. The location was also very good for exploring the Torres del Paine National Park being just outside one of the entrances.
The room was comfortable with a lovely view and the food was delicious and not unreasonably priced.
The Serrano valley is really beautiful and you can walk from the lodge to the river through open ground and get another beautiful view.
We would love to stay there again if we ever go back. The only issue would be price as all accomodation in the park is expensive, we were only able to stay there because there was some sort of reduction on the room at the time I booked. We would recommend 100% to anyone who can afford it.
Good location as a base for Torres del paine. We had a room with view of the Paines which was very nice
Room was simple with limited storage area. No black out blinds. We found the place overheated during our stay but couldn't open the windows due to mosquitos
Overall, good place to stay for the location but not value for money
Morenna Lodge is a fantastic option is you plan to visit the Parque Torres del Paine. Located about a 5 min drive from one of the park's entrance (Rio Serrano), the lodge is surrounded by the breathtaking mountains, plains and rivers from Patagonia. It offers different types of accommodations such as conventional rooms and small cabins.
The lodge is comfortable and its staff is all very friendly and entirely devoted to the well-being of its clients. We were particularly grateful to Sara who spent well over an hour to assist us in finding a solution to a mechanical issue we had with our car.
The lodge has also a great restaurant which serves some of Patagonia's top delicacies. Even clients from other neighbouring hotels go there for dinning.
Highly recommend!
Morrena lodge was excellent. Food, especially dinner was surprisingly wonderful!
Rooms are ok. Location is nice and peaceful. A bit far from the Torres and Glaciar Grey. But overall a good location.
A very pleasant stay exploring the park and the hotel was lovely. The hotel could improve on providing information upfront on meal cut off times for reservations. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. Staff were very accommodating.

Good location but no views, small rooms limited se
This is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Close to park entrance. However, the views from the hotel are very limited, the rooms are small and the services are limited. The breakfast is OK. You must sign up for dinner, which is inconvenient, and some entrees run out if you dine late. Overall, this was an ok base for exploring the park but the hotel is relatively bare bones and a little disappointing for the price.
Morrena Lodge was the perfect place for us to call home during our 4 day stint in Torres Del Paine. The location in Villa Serrano is perfect; anywhere from a 30min - 1hr ride to many of the hot spots in Torres Del Paine. The food is excellent! We went for dinner 4 nights in a row and we were more and more impressed with our meals each night. Complimentary breakfast was also great before a long day trek. The staff are incredibly dedicated to ensuring your stay is perfect. Not to mention the property is beautiful, we spent several hours just walking along the river with the wildlife. Could not recommend this place more!
