The apartment was smaller than expected. It was a studio and not one bedroom .The bed was behind a glass screen. But the apartments are in a fantastic location and ours views were amazing.

Lovely apartment let down by the little things

The reviews are not necessarily for a certain apartment as Waterfront have 6 properties in Santa Clara. My review is for Santa Clara 4 apartment 1335. 4 adults 1 child & 1 infant in a 2 bed 2 bath sleeps 6. The apartment is in an amazing location & sitting on the balcony looking out over the beach & sea & watching the world go by is wonderful. Disappointed 1 bedroom is an internal room with no window or ventilation had we known we would not have booked this property. Arrived for 3 week stay the aircon system not working properly visit from an engineer left us with a floor standing fan & a mobile aircon unit with a 3 pin british electric plug in an apartment with 2 pin plugs !! neither were sufficient especially in the internal bedroom which was like a cave. Aircon never repaired in our 3 weeks stay.Look out for extra charges for the aircon details said it was included but we were notified it would be extra if it went over 10kw per week. Checked in & paid the balance of our €6000 stay we checked the cookware & found it to be chipped Ikea crockery we asked for 5 new plates & 1 bowl we do not eat from chipped crockery. A few kitchen utensils are provided but no veg peeler/small sharp knife or tin opener & only cutlery for 5. Flat Ikea pillows on the beds. No linen change included extra charge of €30. Baby cot €50 no linen provided.Communal pool with with sunbeds at €3 each per day.The apartment is lovely but not worth the price we paid in comparison to other properties.

The apartment was in a great location, very secure, and a balcony overlooking the sea. On arrival we were met by the Waterfront representative who showed us round and made sure we had a good idea of the apartment facilities and its location. Only thing we were not made aware of and it is not noted in the various apartment descriptions is that the pool is closed fro October through to May/June. We only found this out by asking the reception. This was disappointing as we travelled with two children who love swimming pools. The pool bar and supermarket were also closed. Overall great facilities in the apartment with air con in living room and both bedrooms.

Lovely ocean view condo

La comunicación con la persona que se de las reservaciones es nefasta, tuvimos que utilizar 3 números de teléfono diferentes para que nos respondiera. Llegando a pensar que era una estafa. El apartamento no esta mal, pero los utensilios de cocina no se adaptan para cocinar para 3 pers. Cuando llegamos no teníamos sabanas para el sofa cama, que Aurelio nos trajo mas tarde pero sin ninguna manta. La pintura del balcon asi como la del reposa brazos del balcon estan levantadas. En las partes comunes del edificio, escaleras y pasillo, nos encontramos con cucarachas.

El apartamento esta bien pero para 4 adultos es pequeño por la incomodidad del sofa cama, es muy pequeño y mal colchón, hierros que salen etc.. para dos adultos. En las fotos suyas aparecen cortinas recodederas para que cuando salga el día entre poca luz. Pues no es así tiene unos estores que deja pasar la luz natural del día y cuando sale el sol ya no hay quien duerma se pone de dia el apartamento.

Il ont demandé un dépôt de 300 euro par carte de crédit qu’il devait rembourser après votre départ si l’appartement était en bon état . L’appartement était parfaitement comme à notre arrivée Mais 3 mois après il n’ont pas encore rembourser .

Wordt verhuurd als 6 persoons accommodatie, maar is hier niet geschikt voor. 2 slaapkamers met 2 persoons bedden en in de kleine woonkamer staat een slaapbank. Alles is ingericht voor 4. 4 (terras)stoelen, bestek. Pannenset ontbrak. Slechts 1 steelpan Prima airco Goed sanitair Goede bedden Zeer slechte parkeergelegenheid. Parkeergarage is smal, slecht toegankelijk en irt aantal appartementen veel te klein. Elke dag stampvol. Parkeergelegenheid voor het complex ook overvol (geldt voor gehele omgeving)
