Located 10 minutes from Cañuelo beach, in Los Álamos, considered one of the best beaches in Torremolinos, Malaga, both for the type of sand, as well as for its large size and the large number of restaurants, shops and all kinds of entertainment.
This apartment enjoys fantastic communications as it is 100 meters from the Los Álamos Parada, Malaga-Fuengirola commuter train station, so it takes 10 minutes to the Airport, 5 minutes to the shopping and leisure center, Malaga Plaza, 5 minutes to the center of Torremolinos, and 15 MINUTES to the center of MALAGA.
It includes a free private parking space, in the same building.
The living room and two of the three bedrooms have access to a large terrace, with artificial grass, with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers for sunbathing, and has fantastic views of the gardens and pool in the common areas.
The rooms are very bright, with views of the garden and the pool, and only one of them faces a private patio of the house.
The Mediterranean style decoration is bright, luxurious and modern, with a recent renovation, which makes it a very pleasant and comfortable place.It consists of a large and comfortable living room with air conditioning, with a large window overlooking the beach, and has an adjoining terrace with wonderful views of the garden, it has a SMART TV, and a decoder for the Movistar digital platform, in addition the guest can have access to their own digital platform.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave and all kinds of necessary kitchen accessories, as well as crockery, glassware and cutlery.
It consists of three bedrooms, two of them with views of the garden, the double bedroom consists of two beds joined together to make a king size bed, and a large wardrobe. The second and third have two 90 x 190 beds.
