It is distributed on the ground floor and has the RENFE train station at 10min and restaurants, shops and supermarkets next door. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a double sofa bed ideal for children. There is a bathroom with shower, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, AC, heating for winter, wifi throughout the establishment and private parking for 10€/nit. The delivery of keys and check in takes place in the same loft from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
