Our Nest is playfully designed, nicely decorated, generously equipped and spotlessly clean. As owners, we have created an elegant, comfortable and convenient home for ourselves and now we are looking for tenants from November 1st 2025 to May 31st 2026 who will enjoy having a fully furnished home to move to. We can offer parking, which is a rarity in The Beach! Comfort and happiness means we've succeeded at our goal of your living in the heart of the Toronto Beach, a sweet experience. This is a very special property, a one-bedroom back split where the living space is at ground level with a huge double-hung window so it's bright and fresh. The deck, yard and parking area are accessible through a floor-to-ceiling Ridley French Door, complete with an XL screening system. Our bedroom has a Queen Tempur-Pedic mattress and box spring with organic cotton sheets and a designer (DKNY) comforter, a mirrored double closet, a pivoting wall-hung flat screen TV, in addition to a large TV over the fireplace in the living room, and lots of clothing storage in cabinets and drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a gas range and a counter-depth refrigerator, all part of a recent comprehensive renovation. The washer and dryer are just through a door off the kitchen.

Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
