Most of the property was closed for filming of a tv show. No proper lobby or facilities. Gym was closed and coffee shop was closed. The rooms were clean and the cleaners were very nice! That was the only redeeming factor. Our room was attached to another room, just separated by a door, and we could hear every single thing our room neighbour was doing. We could not only hear him pee, we heard his endless therapy sessions he was having (we know all about his personal details and life now). Door men were on their phones at times and not helping us open the heavy doors with our hands full. Hallway was dirty from the film crew and the elevators were constantly packed with filming gear. Room service menu was insanely over priced for the quality and food. I felt they cheaped out on the bedding and there wasn’t enough outlets in the room.

Our stay at the W was nothing except perfect. The staff was amazing from the get go and was extremely welcoming and helpful. The service was quick and efficient and overall an amazing stay.
